Please note that this filter has a wider Diameter than most 10" slim filters, with an actual diameter of 3" compared to the other 10x2.5 filters with an actual diameter of about 2.72". As a result, it may not fit in some standard 10" slim filter housings. To get a more standard fit, try the SpiroPure SP-GAC-10R, which has the smaller diameter.
The granular carbon used in this product conforms to material requirements against NSF Standard 42.
