*PFAS, including PFOA and PFOS, are pervasive man-made chemical substances found globally in the environment, particularly in developed countries like the United States. The unique properties that appeal to manufacturing industries also make these chemicals highly resistant to degradation, meaning they last a long time in the environment, including in wastewater and drinking water. Exposure to high levels of PFAS is associated with a number of adverse health effects, including liver, kidney, and prostate cancers; thyroid diseases; other liver and endocrine system problems; developmental effects; reproductive issues; high cholesterol; reduction in immune system response; pregnancy-induced hypertension and preeclampsia; and low birth weight in newborn babies. Conventional water treatment processes and most home water treatments are not effective in removing PFAS. But our catalytic carbon filters are a simple and highly effective solution in protecting your family from PFAS in your drinking water.

great customer service

By Male in 50s from munday, WV on 3/16/2023 8:01:20AM

unfortunately the catalytic carbon filter shed fine particles and i would prefer not to have a filter put anything into the water or require another filter after it .

Quality at a good price

By Male in 60s and over from Port Angeles, WA on 11/7/2024 9:19:15AM

I have never added a catalytic carbon to my filter mix before. It never hurts to have an extra layer of protection against potentially harmful elements in the water. Of course without a lab test, you have to trust that it's doing the job. :)

Stinky water

By Male in 60s and over from Branson , MO on 7/23/2024 2:07:56PM

After soaking the filter for 24 hours the filter let water pass through and it is worked very well. There are no instructions so I would advise submerge the filter for at least 6 to 12 hours before you put it in your filter housing to run it flows very slow otherwise it does have to be saturated

We have always bought these individually at around $30 ea but buying like this you get the same great product at less than half the price. We use them on our well water to help eliminate odor and iron in the water. Highly recommend

The filter didn't work in my system but the service was terrific!

By Male in 60s and over from CONNEAUT LAKE, PA on 9/4/2024 9:25:49AM

This would be a 5-star review if the filter had worked in my system. I have no idea why it refused to pass water, but the All Filters team bent over backwards to help me ensure I tried all possible options. And when it became obvious there was nothing else to try, they quickly refunded my money. I highly recommend this company.
