Good Customer Service

I had made a mistake and order a smaller filter than this one which is the correct one, and which makes a difference in keeping our Hot Spa clean. I sent an email and got answered right away and I returned the small one and they refunded me the money as soon as they got it back, and sent the correct one right away.

this filter came early and was very easy to order. The company makes finding the right part very simple. Have used this company and filter type for 2 years now. I order 2 filters per year and have never been disappointed
