All filters Team Very Responsive

Kudos to the Allfilters response team as they were very helpful with my Samsung situation. The filter fittings have changed ever so slightly and this time the filter was very difficult to install. Many people have had this problem with this particular Samsung replacement filter model. The support team gave me some excellent tips that finally resulted in a successful install. I will continue to go back to them in the future.

Refrig filter

It was reasonably prices, arrived on time and worked.
The numb skulls at Samsung changed the design on the original filter by modifying the lugs but didn't change the model/part number. If you order a replacement filter using the model/part number in the owner's manual it won't work. They provide instructions that include a big warning, "It may break the refrig." That's crazy.
But they make one that does work but it's a different model/part number. Dumb. They should have kept the original design with the original model/part number.

SpiroPure Filters Work

This filter saved my fridge when Samsung changed the lock in design on this type of filter. They last longer and work better than the original equipment. The filtered water quality is outstanding. This is a Samsung compatible product that fits perfectly, performs perfectly and costs less! Highly Recommend.

Responsive and Knowledgeable

I am VERY glad I happened upon the All Filters people. Previously, several chain stores kept selling me the wrong filter!!!!! I was frustrated and mad, but the people at All Filters actually helped me with no problem at all. Also, they were polite via email and on the phone and shipped the filter to me, no problem at all. I wish I had known about them in the first place! Thanks, All Filter!

Best ever

Bought refrigerator filters thT didn't fit. Was Samsung fault. All filgers worked with me to rectify the problem to the point they IMMEDIATELY gave me a 100% refund. They spent a good bit of time , including calling me and discussing the problem with me.
They are o e of the most accommodating companies I have ever worked with..
They are excellent and all with inexpensive pricing.
I will use them whenever I purchase filters of any kind.

Fast shipping

This filter has a great low price compared to paying $50 at Home Depot for a Samsung brand filter and the shipping was very fast.
